For international orders, please email us with your order details (including the products you’d like to purchase) and your shipping address, and we’ll provide a shipping quote tailored to your location.

We cannot provide duty/tax estimates, so please check your country’s regulations before ordering

What is your shipping policy?

We use Australia Post and aim to ship as quickly as possible (Mon–Fri)

Please double-check your details before checkout — once fulfilled, orders cannot be changed

If an incorrect address is entered, reshipping within Australia will incur a $10 flat fee

If you need to make a change, contact us urgently before your order is processed

How do you package your orders?

Accepted Answer

Your order will arrive in recyclable jiffy post-packs (no plastic here!).

We’re not currently using home-compostable or fast-biodegrading packs — what’s on the market doesn’t provide enough protection for our products and often can’t be composted in a home system.

Since most people have access to recycling, we stick with sturdy recyclable packaging that keeps your goodies safe.

We also use biodegradable, eco-friendly tape.

We kindly ask that you repurpose, recycle, or dispose of your packaging with kindness and care.

Can I pick up my order from you?

Yes - we are based in Penrith, you can pick up directly from our warehouse where we make our products.

We are located at 26 Peachtree Road, Penrith NSW, 2750.

Yes, we’d love to connect you with one!

Just fill out the form on our Contact Us page, and our team will let you know the closest stockist to you.
We do recommend giving the store a quick call before visiting, as each stockist may carry a different selection of our products.

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

We want you to love your products, but here’s how our refund policy works:
Change of mind: Refunds aren’t available if you simply change your mind.

Damaged or incorrect orders: Please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Used products: For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on used products.

Skin sensitivities: Even natural products can cause reactions in some skin types. Please patch test first. If you experience any issues, get in touch — we may be able to offer advice.

Scent or preference: If the scent isn’t to your liking or the bar isn’t your preference, we can’t offer a refund. In this case, we suggest gifting it to a friend or donating to a charity.
Extra tip: Our shampoo bars are multi-purpose — they can also be used as a facial bar or body soap, so even if it’s not quite right for your hair, you can still enjoy it!
